When you access the website your device's public IP address is being recorded, along with the device details such as the Operating System, browser details (User Agent) and date & time the page is requested. All your activities are being logged on the server side. This is absolutely necessary data on the technical level to provide you access to the website.
In case you contact me your name, email address, phone number and Skype name may also be kept. It also may be required that you provide sensitive information like your existing domain and/or hosting account usernames and passwords, access to business email accounts and all the other kind of accounts that will be necessary to provide you with the appropriate services. In some other cases I will create/buy hosting, email, domain accounts or some other accounts necessary to conduct business on your behalf. Therefore, I may have access to your personal accounts. This is necessary to provide you with website and application development services.
You are not required to disclose your real name while contacting me. However, you should always contact me under the same credentials so you will be clearly identifiable. In some limited circumstances you may be required to disclose your real name and some additional details to me e.g. your address, birthday, some financial information and so on. In this case a detailed reason will be provided why is that necessary to provide those details (e.g integration of payment systems and/or obtaining EV SSL certificate). You have right to not provide these details. However, in that case providing some specific services may be impossible.
Your personal information is confidential. It is not being sold or shared with any third party, unless I have explicit permissions granted by you, for example, to provide you with a service that you have requested. Or in circumstances outlined by law (e.g. court warrant).
All my devices are password protected and only accessible by me, with full hard disk encryption to make sure that no one can gain unauthorised access to the data even if they have physical access to the devices. All the backups on the removable and cloud storages are also encrypted. Antivirus software along with advanced network firewalls are in use to make sure your data security and integrity.
You may request change of your personal information at any time in writing, by email. You need to quote your unique customer token/code. If there is any suspicion that your token was compromised, I may take additional steps to identify you e.g. by phone call or text.

- Resolve all complaints within 50 days. This may not be possible in all circumstances.
Where I cannot resolve a complaint within 50 days, I will notify you of the reason for the delay as well as an indication of when I expect to resolve the complaint.
